New proposition for cleaning and disinfection in the dairy industry:
We have privileged the concept of “raw material plus” in the preparation and packing of yogurts, puddings, flavored milk, UHT milk, milk powder and others. This avoids the concentration of large diversity of formulated chemical products with high content – in the elaboration thereof – of basic raw materials (caustic soda – basic acids) regularly used by the user for cleaning.
This proposition basically refers to the user directly buying from raw material producers and our firm accompanying the cleaning process with a very limited amount of additives, which:
• Improve cleaning.
• Reduce cleaning times >more time for production processes.
• Save water and power consumption.
• Reduce final product costs.
